Stabling fee of $15.00 per night if you require stabling

Note:
It is the responsibility of the club Secretary/President to ensure
that team entries fulfill the
qualification requirements of TTT events. ** NEW TTT QUALIFYING
RULES**
Copy
of qualification log and/or performance card to be provided with
entry or presented on the day of the event at least 1 hour prior
to rider's first class.
Note: to avoid delays on the day of the event it is recommended
that proof of qualifying be provided with entries when possible.
All riders must present valid membership & Show performance
cards at least ONE HOUR
before first class. Failure to do so will mean you will have to
ride HC
The TTT Qualification logs/cards rules have changed and the new
rule is :
Only combinations which have satisfied one of the following
qualifying options shall be eligible to compete.
a) Option 1 - Combination to have competed in a minimum of 3 official
HRCAV events in the
same discipline as the TTT event, in the 12 months prior to the
date of the TTT event
(not including the previous TTT event).
b) Option 2 - Combination to have been level assessed or had their
current assessed level
verified in the 12 months prior to the date of the TTT event..
c) Option 3 - Combinations to have advanced to the next level
through accumulation of
performance points in the 12 month period prior to close of entries.
d) Combinations assessed at the highest level for the discipline
are exempt from qualifying
requirements
Part of the new rule is also that logs/qualification can be presented
at the event, however I would strongly advise against this as
if you forget it or get there late and have to wait for it to
be checked you could miss your class or have to ride HC if it
is not in order. I would strongly recommend you continue to provide
your qualification log/details with entry.
